You grant Everyday Is Thursday a limited license to use, reproduce, resize, format, modify as reasonably necessary for production, and otherwise process the Customer Content for purposes of communicating about, preparing, producing, and fulfilling your requested custom order.

Submission of a custom-order request does not guarantee acceptance of the project. Custom requests may be subject to additional requirements, pricing, timelines, specifications, or approvals communicated during the custom-order process.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have control over.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.
